To secure your event, a down payment of 50% of the total event fee is required. The remaining 50% must be paid 14 days before the event date. Additionally, a refundable incidental fee is due 14 days before the event as well. This fee will be returned to you after a venue inspection following the event, ensuring there is no damage or excessive clean-up required. These payments must be paid on time to avoid cancellation.

Cancellation requests for events must be submitted in writing. Please note that once the payment is received, it becomes non-refundable. If an individual cancels their event 14 days or less before the event date, they will be responsible for paying 100% of the total fee due. Additionally, if payment is not made by the specific due date, the event will automatically be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. It’s important to remember payments made are non-refundable unless prior adjustments have been approved by Etter Events LLC.
